Return Policy

Please understand before reading the return policy that we are small business!

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase on our site in exchange of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, unworn or unused, original tags must be attached, along with no visible signs of being worn, such as make up, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc.

We have the authority to not accept and decline a return item that is damaged and/or seems to have been worn. Which in this case, your item may be shipped back to you, incurring shipping charge.

If you return your item that was not eligible for return, you will be contacted by our team and asked to pay shipping charge to be shipped back to you. We will hold all items for 10 days which there after will be donated to charity.

Email your return request to

- You will receive an emailed shipping label to return your items. 

- Please allow 3 business days for us receive your return, and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your return and issue your store credit

- You will receive an online store credit via email.

Please note: Shipping charges will be deducted from your return store credit. Your original shipping charges also will not be reimbursed to you. The store credit will be applied to the original email and account your purchase was made on. The store credit does not expire.

  • Any items under $15 tab
  • Any items purchased using a discount 26% or greater
  • Accessory Items
  • Any orders over the 30 day marked above

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify our team via email at within 72 hours of your item being delivered. You must submit your email with pictures of the damaged item(s). 

- Once your return is approved, a return label will be emailed to the email you have provided us.

- Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for your return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse. You will be emailed once your return is processed and approved with a coupon code you may use towards your store credit.
